FLOW
When it comes to burnout prevention, it is important for companies to get a realistic assessment of the needs and concerns of their workforce, both on site and in the home office.
FLOW is an App combined with an analog interface (an installation). It helps companies to raise the longterm awareness of the issue of burnout in a playful way. Using the app, each participant can anonymously enter their assessment of their emotional, physical, sensory and mental well-being.
The results are collected and averaged. The company has an analog interface with 4 balls in different colors. These each represent one of the 4 Feelgood dimensions.
Furthermore, companies can determine which bournout phase employees are in and take action at an early stage. FLOW thus provides companies with more concrete starting points for any sustainable countermeasures to be taken.
More Information about the research, questionaries, iterations and workshops on request.
It is mentioned by the German Design Graduates and at the Hochschule der Bildenden Künste.
The average of the values entered via the app is displayed on the app, the Installation and on a dashboard. This makes it possible to measure a long-term and selective trend in the company and thus identify the feelgood components that are responsible for stress and a poor company climate.
